I use small products to test ideas quickly: ship the useful core, watch real behaviour, then decide what deserves more investment.
The idea: compress the tension of a strategy campaign into short browser matches. Territory, supply collapse and dice-driven operations create depth without a long tutorial. Live on the web and itch.io.
Play Hex Conquest ↗The system: one reusable daily-game engine, adapted for football, basketball, Formula 1 and cycling. Deterministic puzzles, progressive hints, offline play and shareable results turn niche knowledge into a repeatable format.
The insight: your emotional reaction to a random result can be more useful than the result itself. IntuitFlip turns that moment into a deliberately minimal decision ritual—without an account, backend or AI dependency.
Open IntuitFlip ↗The tool: multi-engine chess analysis for exploring positions and comparing engine assessments.
Open Satranc Online ↗The purpose: immediate breathing guidance in a focused, simple experience.
Open Calm Down Button ↗The experience: reflection through tarot, with readings and card meanings to explore.
Open Lumina Tarot ↗The tool: a privacy-first way to save places you want to remember.
Open PinPoint ↗The experience: fortune and dream experiences in one place.
Open KahveFalım ↗The idea: a small web experiment for those “fuck this shit” moments.
Open Fuck This Shit Button ↗The purpose: help answer the familiar question of what to watch next.
Find something to watch ↗The tool: an offline-first timezone and availability manager for coordinating across time zones.
Open TimeBuddy ↗The product: turn spreadsheet data into predictions and strategic analysis without writing code. Risk scores, what-if simulations and AI-written reports help business teams explore decisions.
The build: a Quake-inspired arena shooter in Godot, with fast movement, modular weapons and combat bots.
Follow on GitHub ↗The concept: an OGame-inspired, text-based browser strategy game set in medieval times. Currently in early development.
Follow on GitHub ↗The prototype: a top-down squad game with pausable real-time planning, line of sight, room breaching and extraction missions.

I turn complex problems into clear product decisions and ideas into software people can use. I enjoy connecting the bigger picture with the practical work of making something useful.
My background in computer science and marketing shapes how I work: understand the people, explore the technical possibilities and make the tradeoffs clear. Across 12+ years in software and digital products, I have brought teams and stakeholders together to move from an ambiguous brief to a focused plan and a working product.
Building independently keeps that perspective grounded. From security tools and data products to strategy games and everyday utilities, each project is a chance to test an idea, learn from real use and improve what matters.
